REFUND POLICY

Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for the following:

  • Unopened bales.

  • Boxes and sacks containing the same items (products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped). Altered items may result in a reduced refund or no refund.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through your preferred method, providing detailed information about the reason for return. Our team will process your request, and if successful, you'll receive written confirmation with instructions on returning the item.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the shipment's value is fully insured, providing a shipping confirmation to us. In case of a misplaced, destroyed, or undelivered return, the customer will be held responsible and will not receive a refund. Unauthorized packages will be refused upon delivery.

Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure the stock matches and the products are in the same condition as when they were shipped. If applicable, we'll verify that bales haven't been opened.

Refund: If approved, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the item's value, or refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for returns
