Dispatch: Orders submitted before 8 pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday to Friday). While our dedicated team works diligently to expedite the process, occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your items promptly.

Shipping: We aim to offer accurate estimates for package arrival dates and times upon request. However, as third-party companies handle distribution and handling, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, dates, or locations.

• U.K. Shipping: 1 - 3 days after dispatch.

• EU Shipping: 3 - 5 days after dispatch.

• Oceana Shipping: 7 - 10 days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Customers purchasing stock from outside the U.K. may incur VAT and/or duty charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the receiving customer; we do not cover these costs. If the receiver fails to pay the charges, resulting in the return of the package(s) to us, shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, Northern and Republic of Ireland are now charged similarly to EU countries, with added costs and potential taxes.

Christmas Delivery: Please be aware that our shipping provider is closed during the Christmas period, leading to potential delays between November 20, 2023, and January 12, 2024. We do not take responsibility for delays during this period.
